I started my professional career with the ambition to become a university professor. As you have probably realised, my formal education is on math and spans from a bachelors to a PhD including statistics, applied probability, insurance modelling, and various additional subjects. For the curious reader, you can check my publications and other academic achievements on my personal LinkedIn page.
Being a researcher by nature with an always inexhaustible curiosity, I have spent 9 years studying mathematical patters of complicated systems and developing algorithms (aka ordered instructions like recipes) to describe in a simple and accurate way the systems' behaviour. Fun and interesting work, but how can you use this knowledge to solve daily problems? How can you turn the results into practical solutions?
To answer these questions, I followed the adage when the student is ready, the teacher will appear
and I delved into my own personal research. I completed entrepreneurial trainings, participated in multiple workshops, read numerous books from marketing to economics to psychology, and exchanged ideas with many diverse professionals. Lucky me, I enjoy studying and I'm a compassionate listener! This newly acquired and diverse knowledge led me to make a thorough audit of my career path and decide that I wanted to take the results of my research (without the math, relax) and transfer them to a new context. The context of professional development.
What I hadn't realised though was that my ability to market myself and create opportunities do not come naturally to many accomplished professionals... As a result, I followed a coaching training in order to understand better how to formulate my skills into actionable plans for people that want to transform their lives. I certified as a Rapid Transformational Coach, I created this program with lots of devotion, and here I am! Let the fun begin!
